Well, I haven't been on here in almost a year and I know it's way past time for me to get back on track with my vision and desire for a healthy, active lifestyle. I weighed myself the other day and I was at 196, which was a 6 pound loss from January. I'm jumping back into this with everything I have. I still want to be at 140. That's my biggest goal and I know I will be able to do it this time. I have my husband and brother helping me and supporting me along the way, and my mom cheering me on along the way already. My husband, brother and I joined the gym Friday and began our first workout. I can't even tell you how excited I was to be in a gym, knowing it's going to help me so much! I kept track of everything I did so that I can keep up with my progress. My brother is really in shape, he loves working out and I couldn't be more grateful for all of his badgering about me getting up and active, and the support and encouragement he shows me. He pushes me to do my best. My husband is doing this weight loss and healthy lifestyle change alongside me, which helps me so much. We push each other to keep going and work at it harder. I can't wait to be healthier and happier for myself, but for him and our future as well. He is a great supporter in what I want to do as well.
We went to the gym again this morning. We did an hour there yesterday, and 1.5 hours today. It felt so good, even though my arms and legs are sore! Sore = good.
Here are my activities from yesterday and today:
Friday- treadmill at moderate speed for 15 min leg extension 7@50lbs, 10@30lbs Hip abduction 20@30lbs Leg press 20@50lbs, 20@70lbs Seated leg curl 20@40lbs Calf press 30@65 Chest press 50@30lbs Modular lateral pulldown 16@40lbs Abdominal 30@50lbs

I didn't do much in terms of different machines, but I'm just starting. I know there is plenty room for me to improve and progress.
Can't wait to get back on track!!
