@khomsatunuvivia cuma ganti nasi putih ke oat 4-8 sdm/day atau nasi merah 100gram/day, mengurangi minyak, asin, makanan manis. OR nya jalan kaki, hiit cardio dr yutub ajah, ngebabu a.k.a nyapu ngepel dll. Sy sebelum ikut defkal ga pernah olah raga, jd kemungkinan yg turun masih berat airnya. Tp lumayan buat semangat dan pola makan jd lebih sehat😉
