Little undisciplined over the last week or so. Being Christmas and all. Back to work til the 28th, so I should get back on the right track. Got 21 days to lose 9.6lbs. It’s gonna be a tough but I really want to hit my goal. My next goal is gonna be 185 I think by the summer. Means I would have lost almost 70lbs. Have a merry Christmas everyone and enjoy the holidays with your loved ones.
