Karena aku dri dulu udah ngelakuin diet2 extream, oatk aku masih kepeng cepet turun di waktu singkat. Baru kali ini aku yg nurunnin badan tanpa diet ekstrim jadi aku masih mikir ini diet yang lambat gitu hehehe
