Started spray today. I actually loaded and lost weight from yesterday. I am totally not sure how that happened unless it was water weight loss from after TOM went away. So I plan to do a half round and see what's what before the Holiday eating begins, which around here is in October...

Thanks for the support buddies!!!! I did have a fun weekend loading. Definitely weird loosing from loading. Not really hungry at all though today, so I must have done it right...lol!
