I really started on 6/23/10 and have lost 19 lbs to date. Just started Atkins on 8/24/10. I have been eating my 20 Net Carbs and my 15 Grams of Foundation Veggies. Not feeling deprived at all but looking forward to adding in some blueberries. Not yet though, want to stay on Induction a few more weeks.
