I ave made it trough fixing the food for a birthday party, been on my own for 3 1/2 days and not eaten foods I shouldn't. I went on a day trip to the beach with my daughters and children, and didn't over eat. I can see a huge change in how I view food.
That being said, today I have eaten non stop. Not bad things, but grazing. Grazing is a habit I need to get far away from.
I have come a long way, but still have quite a journey ahead of me.
