WoW! 4 strips of bacon every morning, coffee with cream, and whatever I want for lunch or dinner. Who knew this would work so well and be so easey??
90.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
