The week went pretty good. I decided to only measure my waist at the end of the month. Down 3 inches. Rather pleasant surprise since I really haven't noticed a difference.
Kind of concern about Easter weekend I'm spending with my family. We really enjoy eating, drinking and playing together. I'm making a goal of using the great walking paths daily (please no more snow), watch eating, and no chocolate.

I'm 47, and just started the website but have been following YOAD for two weeks now. Last week I weighed/measured myself - no loss!! Was I upset, blew it that afternoon but was back on track the next day! If it took awhile to put on I guess it will take sometime to take off. How did you do this Easter weekend. I did pretty well, but I decided to skip my weight/measurements till later...seeing as I'm hormonal right now and don't want to become depressed ontop of it. I feel better, so I'll stick with that feeling. I had no chocolate this weekend which is amazing for me as I'm a chocoholic!! So far so good. Hope your weekend was good too!
