I was really worried about my progress because I have a friend that only comes into town every couple of months. Anyway, he took my sons and I out to eat a lot during the time that he was here. He choose buffets and all you can eat restaurants. I have noticed that he has gained a lot of weight, and he looks so uncomfortable- and his doctor has told him that he has to lose weight, but he doesn't even see himself as that big. Anyway, I went with him to the restaurants, and I spent most of the time getting salads and fruits instead of anything else. We even went to this one chinese buffet that had a mongolian grill- so you got to choose what items they grilled for you. You even got to choose the oil that it was prepared in and any sauces. I loved that because I only put in vegetables and very little olive oil. It was great. So, after all of that concern- I still stayed on my diet and I even lost weight.
