I excersised for 40 minutes on the Wii Fit tonight. I did the yoga, strength training and aerobics. I love the boxing they have on their....now that's a real workout
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
