I was on a 3 week vacation. I did exercise and maintain my diet mostly. But I only lost about three pounds over the last few weeks. Better then gaining. So today back to eating plan. I hope to lose about 30 pounds by the new year.
131.1 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 40.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
