I really was so much better last week than I have been for months except for Saturday. But no change in my weight. Yesterday I was abnormally good for a Sunday. My period is due this week so could be a reason. Plus this year it is becoming infrequent. So do you call that PMS plus perimenopause. Whatever, it is NOT a good combination. Let see how this week goes.

Oh boy... PMS is already a difficult time... Hang in there, I hope you'll be ok. I'm sure the steady wiegh in is due to hormons. Keep up this good job and next week you'll see a nice drop on this chart!

The fact that you didn't lose weight after putting in a good week could just be a timing issue. Don't be discouraged as you probably really did lose some weight. Just keep up the good work and it's almost a certainty that you will be pleasantly surprised shortly. Have a good evening M!

Hey you, glad to have you as my buddy also. Thank you for the encouragement, and thumbs up...i have kinda stuck between the 130-140 mark for a few years now (just kinda crept up on me after high school..) I always tried to loose it, would drop 5-10 pounds then fall off the wagon. However this time, something has clicked for me..i feel incredible on the inside out and understand if i want to look a certain way i have to be strict for life, and enjoy heavy pastas, chocolate and other things i crave once a week or so. Because i am really wanting to get to my goal weight i usually only cheat every second saturday..and not a day, just a meal. its day 45 (halfway) and i couldnt be more happier with the progress. I even get to enjoy wine and whatever i want on my cheat day and it tastes all the better! I think being down 10 pounds is a great feat for yourself and your nutrition looks very clean. make sure you treat yourself to shock your metabolism into working overtime if you ever feel like you have a plateau. Thats what i did last week and started running in the mornings in addition to my regular workouts in the PM and its just fallin off now. I also restricted myself to only certain fruits and only right in the morning.. thats been a little tough cause fruit is so convienent but it is worth it to hammer out these last 7 pounds and be at my goal
Gaga was in edmonton last night, they are doing back to back shows because it sold out so quickly. That is where i am from... Sweet Moses! what a number the hail did on your vechile OMG!! We got the storm but no hail. The only hail damage i have seen this summer is the cellulite on my thighs. haha. Nice to have you on here fellow albertan. Have a great weekend!
