Kayaknya boleh dan bisa apa aja deh, sesuai kebiasaan dan kemampuan seperti biasa aja (?) Aku dapet ga dapet sama aja soalnya aktivitasnya dan ga pernah terganggu, kadang kalo tiba2 lemes gitu minum Sangobion hehe

setau aku bebas kok. haid ga di larang buat olga. mlah pembakaran kalorinya lebih banyak di banding saat normal
