Not a bad day, yesterday, but I kind of blew it with the 3 slices of pizza and the 4 pieces of chocolate from Harrod's...I just have to learn not to deny myself, but to limit the intake (for example, 1-2 slices and 2 pieces...)

exactly- don't deny yourself just learn to moderate your intake. that is my biggest theory and I am trying to allow myself that. Yesterday I was hungry and it was lunch time and I just kept wanting a rice krispie treat, over and over again but I knew I should eat something healthy but then I realized- if I don't let myself enjoy this I will probably lead to a binge. :)
