Started keto today for the 3rd round this year. Each time I have done keto, I have lost a lot of weight, but have somehow always ended up having weird menstrual cycle and end up having to stop. I'm forcing myself to get through whatever this lifestyle throws at me because I want to eat better, lose the weight and keep it off this time! Here's to round 3!
