Started keto today for the 3rd round this year. Each time I have done keto, I have lost a lot of weight, but have somehow always ended up having weird menstrual cycle and end up having to stop. I'm forcing myself to get through whatever this lifestyle throws at me because I want to eat better, lose the weight and keep it off this time! Here's to round 3!
99.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What kind of weird? I think some disruption can happen but then your cycle will stabilize again. Partly this may happen because we store hormones in our fatcells. Hope round 3 is great!!!!

Best to you this time around. I never tried Keto but heard similar stories. Hopefully it gets sorted out naturally.

Weird as in spotting a week before my regular period and spotting for weeks after...
