Okay this morning got on the scale and lost 1.6 pounds! Wow! I did forget to take my hCG last night before bed. But with 1.6 pounds lost, I am not too dissapointed. Including the gorging weight gained, I've lost a total of 7.2 pounds in 4 days. My goal is 14 pounds in the first week, so I am half way there. I need to be more careful and remember to take my supplements and hCG.
My goal for the first 30 days is 30 pounds.
Side Effects:
Absoultely none! At no time yesterday was I hungry, tired, or moody. I didn't feel faint after my workout either. So, that's a major plus! I felt normal all day!
Okay, I have 6.8 more pounds to loose by Monday night or Tuesday morning. I am on track. So next Tuesday I should be at least 162.
I am doing great, I have lost of energy and I am very motivated.
Today I am getting my hair fix. There is no telling how long I will be staying at the hairdresser, so I will be taking my lunch with me. I am excited about that as well. Time for a new look.
