Tired all the time: Switched over to vegetable/fruit milkshakes i take to work every morning
Removed carbs: Potatoes turn into sugar
The exhausted feeling and aching has stopped. Stress: Had an incident with a student yesterday, I'm aching today and almost passing out at my desk. (Not good)
I did 82 kms of cycling at the gym for the first two weeks of January then it got too cold, and I had a dry cough and was exhausted. Spring is coming so maybe I can lose the handles Yet!
