Had a Superbowl cheat day yesterday!.. No excuses I had no intentions of cheating - all the family & friends over and we barbecued on the grill outside.. It was a Lovely day. Back on track today, I need to do better with the water intake..Showed a slight loss in my weigh in this morning.
