I am seriously tempted to throw caution to the wind and eat anything and everything. Going back to work now and I hope that will take my mind off of it. I'm not hungry, just craving. :(

Try eating something still on atkins but salty or sour, that can sometimes help if it is a sweet craving.

Don't do it !!! don't let those pounds come back you have done such a good job don't let it go now. remember it's just a stepping stone soon all the cravings will be gone. If you go back now it's like starting all over again !!!! I KNOW you can do it !!! you have before.

Picture that dress you want to wear, or the pair of jeans in the back of your closet you are determined to wear again, or the look on so and so's face when they see you after you have lost weight...... Getting to any of these goals is so much better than eating anything and everything. I know, BELIEVE ME, I know how hard it is but you can resist. The craving to "eat" will pass!
