I realized something the other day. Any transformation of body or soul is painful.
Birth is painful.
Teething is painful.
Puberty is painful - both physicaly and emotionally.

Why would losing weight, building muscle or getting shredded be any different?
If you're uncomfortably sore, you're doing something right, me thinks...

Me thinks you're right too. It is uncomfortable and hard to do this -- when I get comfortable, I don't lose weight.
