Got on the scale and it said good morning your efforts are paying off. And in the back of my mind I said yeah I know but how long is it before the cravings of the first week hit and throw me off? I just have to take it one day at a time and remember don't cheat because when I do that is when my diet blows up in my face!

Tomorrow is the day mom is moving...do you know what that means? Lifting for a good thirty minutes. That'll be excercise and it's free! I'll be sure to move extra well! ^-^

So I went out and walked today. As I said before I was going to go out earlier and I did. And instead of just an hour or 43 minutes I did an hour and 8 mins! I am so proud. But out there I was sure I was going to die. It must be because I have a black shirt on. And was sweating like a mule or something (however that saying goes) It was only 96 degrees outside and I am very proud of myself. I have to keep my morale up if I want to keep at it. Well I have to go for now.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
