So yesterday I was so busy I didn't get a chance to walk Like I was planning on doing. And mom wants me over to her house tommorow so there goes all of my plans...well I will be able to walk more over there except she might be all pissy and nag me to stay in but i will Not!

I just realized that I have a bike at mom's house so I can do that...and watch the tire will be on flat! *sigh* But i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

So the challenge still hasn't started and I went out and walked today. Yes this is an accomplishment. I actually couldn't wait to go walk. I didn't walk for an hour this time it was only 43 minutes but that is still pretty good for me. I might have stayed out longer if it wasn't so hot. I mean it was 107 while I was out there and I made it to 43 mins without passing out that is remarkable for me. And I'm already thinking about when I'm going to walk tomorrow. I think i'll go around 10 in the morning or wait till the night tomorrow what do you think?

I have joined another challenge. This one will make sure that I do something 5 days a week which will help with my other challenge Lean for the holidays. SO they both compliment each other! And my diet says to walk for 30 mins for 3-4 days a week. So I know what I'm doing 3 out of the five days!
