I began an exercise program on January 31, 2013 consisting of 30 minutes daily of weightlifting on a Hoist machine plus an Elliptical machine workout. The daily Elliptical workout will vary depending on whether I will be walking or jogging on that day.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
