I'm on the Renew slimming. Been working out pretty well so far. 500 calorie limit per day. However since I discovered konjac root (skinny pasta) it's been soooooo much easier. Aka shirataki noodles.

It's a diet plan. However has injections and tablets. But has been working really well for me. They are based in Hermanus however the courier to where ever you are. I am in Durban
