FINALLY! Lost 2 lbs...got lots of advice yesterday and I followed it. IT worked!! Giving up thost Atkins bars, it dawned on me that my weight loss really did slow down when I started eating those...so for now, they are gone!
I also upped my calories, had over 1800, but got closer to the 20 nc's, so I think that helped too. Let's hope this is on a downward turn now...Yippee!!!
Just got my measuring tape out...here are my measurements...will re-measure next Monday..Aug 23rd.
RT(right thigh)28.5 LT(left thigh)28.5 Bust-44.5 (this was a shocker!) Waist-43 Hips- 49 (GULP!)
Wow, OK, that was not easy to read, but hey..it's my starting point so now it can only go down! How is my bust a 44, if I can comfortably wear a 38 bra??

YAY! Glad the scale is moving again for you... and that you decided to give up the Atkins bars. They really are troublesome, especially during Induction. Wishing you best of luck!

"How is my bust a 44, if I can comfortably wear a 38 bra??" If I'm not mistaken, a bra's numerical size comes from the measurement of your rib cage, right under your breasts. The difference between that measurement and your "bust" measurement determines your cup size.

Sandy, you wouldn't believe the percentage of women that actually wear too small of bras for optimal support. I have worn a 38D for so long I was shocked to get measured at a 40DD! If you haven't been "properly" measured, try going to Victoria's Secrets, or other department store and have this done. Not only will a properly fitted bra help your back but it'll also give you 10 years off the appearance of your front side. It was the best thing I have done for myself in years. Almost close to losing 40+ pounds!
