Well, I am back from vacation which was AWESOME!!! Perfection! As far as diet I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and, of course, gained. I made some attempt to log stuff but it was pretty hard as time was tight and I just wanted to enjoy the beach and family time. Anyways I am up 4-lbs from where I was when I left but will work to trim that back down slowly. I am still in the 170's which is my floating weight anyways. Back to work this morning, grrr
