Whoot Whoot! Yippie I finally made it into the 140's !!!!!! I weighed myself this morning and even with "tom" visiting I still weighed 149!!! I am so excited! 19 left to go! Whoot Whoot!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
