Yeah! I broke the plateau I was on. It took me going out and walking for 2 miles with my friend, Candy, though. I've also been drinking at least 8 glasses of H20 a day, even though I'm constantly using the bathroom. My next goal is to get to 235. After that, my goal is to get to 231.5 and beat my best weight so far. I'm psyched- this is the longest I've been on a diet successfully w/out cheating and having to eat at night.
