So I started this year at 253 and pretty out of shape. So far I have dropped 30 lbs mostly from diet. Calorie counting has made a big impact. Just knowing the amount I am putting in my body has helped me so much so I can be calorie deficient. First time in my 38 years I took it seriously. I had originally set a goal of hitting 220 by the end of the year and now have adjusted it to 200. My main goal every year is to be in better shape than the year before. Just got to keep it up!!!!
