Told myself I wasn not going to weigh until Feb but I had to. Yes, I lost some weight but I think it has to do more with getting of my period than actual weight lose. Still I hope to keep up the trend of going down and keep up with my diet and exercise. I did skip a few days of workout last week. It got kinda busy at the end of the week but maybe this week will be better.
