I finished The Obesity Code. Yay, I love happy endings! Take aways: I'm going to experiment with 24-36 hour fasts 2x a week. Also, cutting out added sugar as much as can be reasonably done. And... I bought these water bottles that have fruit infusers. I know it's kind of gimmicky, but my husband LOVES it and has pretty much cut all soda, cold turkey. I love little changes that are easy and have a big impact. We are all drinking more water and having fun doing it.
