Today was a better day than yesterday. The scales have pretty much stayed the same this week. I continue to exercise daily. I want to be better at focusing on my goals. I do not want to be here a few weeks, months from now saying the same thing. I need to press on.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
