I invited the whole crew for dinner yesterday ( my three children and their spouses with 7 grand children ) and made homemade pizza. mine and their favorite! and the dough turned out especially well so i just couldnt make myself eat the low carb crust 😯 but...I so enjoyed every bite yesterday so the increase in weight is not as disturbing.. I'm back on track today!
