No more period bloat + yoga + a 20:4 ish fast. I think this is the third month doing yoga and I had one of those moments where I could actually tell I was getting better. I am guessing adding some strength workouts is a partial contributor. Very happy and very grateful for my day yesterday in general.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
