Still lady time bloated, but I also did strength training at the gym yesterday. My goal is to do weights twice a week!
96.8 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
