Doing an 18 hour fast today and yoga later. My meals are planned. I may try entering my food a day before and see if that helps prevent anything impulsive.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
