I was feeling a bit gloomy about the summer being coming to an end so quickly with students back and work gearing up. Also, I was sad to have to miss some fun biking events with friends due to weddings and other commitments. But I'm bouncing back and am going to make the best of the rest of the summer.....I'm working on a new goal to help me regain my motivation and a higher fitness level. More later on that!
