Took me 104 days -- 2.6 lbs average loss per week
(although I have slacked off alot recently, as I enter my maintenance phase, which brought the average down)
Now I just plan to maintain in the 170's -- Gives me 10 pounds to "float" in.
Thanks to all who cheered me on and thank you FatSecret for this site that has made losing easier and more interesting.
