40 pounds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's one exclamation point for each pound.

Took me 104 days -- 2.6 lbs average loss per week

(although I have slacked off alot recently, as I enter my maintenance phase, which brought the average down)

Now I just plan to maintain in the 170's -- Gives me 10 pounds to "float" in.

Thanks to all who cheered me on and thank you FatSecret for this site that has made losing easier and more interesting.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
