Well I am still not doing much but stopped by to check up on everyone else! I actually got on the scale this morning just to check the "damage" and to my surprise I have not gained anything! I am very pleased with this and it truly tells me that I am able to stick with things even when I don't think about it! I have not been to the gym for 2 weeks, but am still playing ball and doing other things. As for eating I am not even thinking about things right now, but obviously I am still doing good! I am very happy to know that I can do this even when I am not thinking about it! Hope everyone is doing well and I wish you all the best!
