makin kita kurus memang akan makin sulit untuk nurunin berat mba,, hehe..
dan ngurangi porsi makan bukan solusi tepat, karena tubuh kita juga bakal nurunin metabolisme nya/nyesuain sendiri.. yg penting makan tetap seimbang n cukup kalori nya dan rajin olah raga :)
