Just water weight loss from the previous day. I am currently 13.5 hours into a 24-36 hour fast. Doing 36 is such a big challenge for me at this point so I am shooting for 24 and anything longer than that is a bonus!
97.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
