Ate at RDI yesterday and worked out. I also didn’t do a fast yesterday and ate out at lunch on peer pressure and while it was good, it was not worth the meat or the calories to me. I am fasting today until about 1pm and I haven’t decided if today is a rest day or not because my hips and legs are tired from yoga yesterday.
