I guess the good news is that I did weights yesterday and my scale said I was down 0.4% body fat. Good thing I am fasting today. I thought about not posting my weight today TBH.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
