Anyone else have a magical weight that is hard to break through? For me it is 180. I can get down close, but breaking below this seems to take a long time, as I always seem to hover just above it.
82.0 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

the longer I've been focused on health and fitness, the slower the weight loss is. Weight is only one number though. Taking measurements chest, waist, hips...., bodyfat, as well as progress pics show a different story. My advice is to not focus only on weight. Can you measure your goals in a different way (number of times you workout a week, trying a new physical activity once a month, learning something new...) - there are a lot of different forms of self-care. I find having more than one thing to focus on helps me see the progress - even if it isn't the scale. And yes - been trying to get under 150 for a long time - so I can relate!
