I'm proud of myself.
Today, I'll be eating s good breakfast, a salad and shrimps and rice. I will try to drink 6 glasses of water.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
