Lost a bit of weight, on a weekend no less! I am feeling really good about that. On Saturday I had a chance to go hiking with a buddy which made me very happy. I feel like I am finally recovering from the shingles.
I still have a lot of stress in my life, though. Next Monday I will be meeting with my dad and his counselor. I am kind of nervous about that. While I would like a certain outcome for that, I can't back down from my stance on things, so I just don't know.
Today I am thankful for a chance to have lunch with a friend. I am thankful for the great weather, I am thankful for the positive relationships I do have with various family members. I think I can get through this Monday. :)
