For the past two days I have been back on low carb (not necessarily high fat). My new HIGH of last week (90.4kg) made me feel constantly tired and bad-tempered, blimp-like and ashamed, unable to bend and with pins and needles in my hands. Today I am 90.0kg and feeling marginally better. Grains and sugars are just not worth the health hassles for me.
