Slowly I am seeing results.....

77.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg. Still to go: 16.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, this website helps. I know that it will be awhile until I will be at my goal. I am fine with that. We are hoping to take a small vacation in September. I pray that the weight continues to melt away (smile)
