I've been sporadic with Insanity, have had so much going on that I haven't been able to get it in every day, but I've gotten something in at least 4 days a week, a lot has been walking during my lunch hour. Planning to revisit Insanity like it should be done in January. I'm trying to convince myself that I can get up at 5 and do it before I go to work, lol. That's what I want...to be strong and toned!!
